About Movement and Momentum
The thing about movement is that the momentum it creates grows substantially over time. Take for example a snowball sent down a hill. At first it is as small as the hands that have packed it. Quite quickly however, it picks up more and more snow. Before you know it, you have a ginormous menace barreling down the hill, threatening to flatten any and everything in its path. Energetic life momentum is like that too.
It is here where we get to make a choice. We get to decide the type of momentum we create.
If we choose positive movement like sharing love, practicing empathy, working hard, living passionately, etc., we can create positive momentum. The effects from this can be enriching, invigorating, and beautiful.
However, should we choose negative action in the form of self-doubt, anger, fear, jealousy, and the like, the momentum created can be devastating. The wreckage would be inescapable and near impossible to repair.
April Showers Brought May Flowers
For me, April was a month of self-discovery. I spent the month in deeper contemplation, being a tad more selfish, and a lot more open. I tried new things, approached my work with more vigor, and practiced a good deal of self-love. And guess what? My positivity showers in April have resulted in new, beautiful, life-affirming, May flowers. 
I encourage you to engage in positive movement. Allow all the good motion in your life to snowball out of control and become a rampage of happiness, a downpour of faithfulness, and a field of gratitude. You deserve it. It is yours to seek out, create, and claim.
